I am from Los Angeles, and I have stayed here when I lived here and now I stay here when we are back in LA. The staff is really nice and friendly, and seem happy. The rooms are always cleaned properly. There have been little things that when we call front desk, they are super fast to respond. The parking is 50 dollars a night, but you can go in and out. It feels safe, which is important to us because we have children. They have a restaurant, which food is good. Only thing I wish they had was room service. Lots of persons watch doors in front and in parking lot lobby. I believe this is best hotel for us. Love the history of this hotel, and I hope to keep visiting.

The Biltmore lobby and building boast breathtaking architecture with a rich history, having hosted events like the Academy Awards (Oscars) multiple times. The hotel features four stunning ballrooms that you might be lucky enough to visit. The staff here is truly exceptional—the best I've ever encountered at any hotel—polite, super kind, and genuinely warm. We’ll deeply miss both the place and the wonderful people who treated us so warmly. The Christmas decorations were absolutely amazing, adding to the magical atmosphere. We spent hours exploring the hotel and enjoying its charm. Don’t forget to check out the pool!

The hotel was amazing and beautiful, especially in terms of its architecture. The room was big and comfortable and clean. The facilities are good but a little bit old. There is a gallery inside the hotel which you can see the old picture of events in the past and movie which shoot in this location. The location is close to all public transport, including train stations and buses. It is easy to travel to Disneyland and the outlet. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with direct access to Disneyland and the Citadel Outlet.

Well, I didn't know the hotel didn't have facilities, such as a concierge and room service. Pretty much felt like we were on our own in that respect. I took ill, and had to see a doctor - asked the front desk, where I was advised to go to emergency care at the local hospital, where security there kindly sent me on to another clinic, as their nn-medical visual assessment of me was that, well, I may not fit in with the local clientelle (transients etc) - I felt the hotel sent me into the wilderness, and to be honest, personal risk.

The building was so beautiful. The bar downstairs was very welcoming, very spacious and staff were amazing anywhere we went. Bed was super comfy! Parking is also a bit of a trip, it’s in a separate building and spirals up to each floor but it felt very safe.
